Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Harvex agricultural and mineral marketplace.
Marketplace role
Harvex provides technology for discovery, communication, verification, logistics coordination, and support between independent buyers, sellers, and service providers. Sellers remain responsible for their listings, product condition, lawful authority, and fulfilment obligations.
Verification and payments
Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of a seller’s performance. Buyers must use official Harvex checkout and must never pay an unverified user or send money outside the official flow. Eligible transactions use Paystack Split Payments, with the verified seller share directed to an approved Paystack subaccount. Harvex does not hold seller funds.
Disputes and limitations
Users should report payment, listing, delivery, or conduct concerns promptly. Harvex may investigate and restrict accounts or listings when needed for safety, compliance, or platform integrity. Service availability, delivery outcomes, payment-provider decisions, and third-party logistics performance may vary.
