Marketplace Policies
These policies explain how Harvex operates its agricultural and mineral marketplace.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users must provide accurate information, respect other users, and use Harvex only for lawful agricultural, livestock, pet-service, logistics, and mineral marketplace activity. Fraud, impersonation, prohibited goods, harassment, unsafe animal trade, document forgery, price manipulation, and attempts to move payments outside official checkout are prohibited.
Harvex may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts and listings that create safety, legal, payment, or marketplace-integrity risks. Users must not ask another person to pay an unverified user or share credentials, OTPs, or payment details.
Shipping Policy
Products are supplied by third-party sellers and may be shipped through available logistics partners or arranged pickup. Delivery estimates depend on origin, destination, product type, carrier availability, customs, weather, and local regulations.
Buyers should confirm the delivery address and inspect the order on arrival. Tracking information is provided when available. Shipping insurance, customs charges, and special handling are governed by the selected logistics partner’s terms and are not automatically guaranteed by Harvex.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Buyers should report damaged, materially misdescribed, missing, or prohibited items through Harvex support as soon as possible and provide the order reference and evidence. The seller and relevant logistics partner may be asked to respond.
Eligible refunds are assessed under the listing terms, applicable law, and payment-provider rules. Paystack processes eligible payment and refund events; Harvex does not promise a refund outcome before the investigation is complete. Refund and dispute statuses are recorded for support and reconciliation.
Payment model
Eligible marketplace payments use Paystack Split Payments. Verified sellers receive their share through approved Paystack subaccounts, while Harvex does not hold seller funds. During the Growth First introductory period, Harvex charges zero platform commission for three months.
