Depending on the feature, Harvex may use account details, seller verification information, listing content, messages, delivery details, device data, payment references, and support reports. Payment card information is handled by the authorized payment provider rather than stored as raw card data by Harvex.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, verify sellers, display listings, coordinate logistics, process eligible Paystack payments, prevent fraud, handle refunds and disputes, provide notifications, and improve marketplace safety.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, manage notification permissions, and contact support with privacy questions. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
